Trailblaze Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CEO & Managing Partner: Naoki Yoneda, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo), which focuses on limited investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific and U.S. markets and aims to generate stable and profitable returns through alternative investment strategies centered on private credit and special situations that are not correlated with economic fluctuations, has completed a third-party allotment of new shares totaling approximately ¥280 million. The new shares were subscribed by Globis Corporation, Globe Advisors Ventures LLP, Bengoshi.com Co., Ltd., and other family offices and individual investors.
The equity capital raised this time will be primarily invested in talent acquisition and utilized to advance our mission: “providing alternative assets centered on private credit and special situations that are not correlated with economic fluctuations.” Specifically, we plan to expand the scale of our flagship fund, establish joint ventures JV / and Co-GP Funds with overseas funds and partner companies, and enter other private credit areas.

この度調達したエクイティ資金は、主に人材への投資に加え、当社のミッションである「経済変動と相関性のないプライベートクレジットおよびスペシャルシチュエーションを中核としたオルタナティブアセット提供」の実現に向けて活用してまいります。具体的には、旗艦ファンドの規模拡大、海外ファンドやパートナー企業とのJV / Co-GP Fund設立、他プライベートクレジット領域への参入などを予定しています。
